Actually we were late due to lack of direction or road sign on the main road to reach to the location. We could not get comfortable time and doctor was also in hurry to leave the clinic.
Suggest that first time patients needs to be given sufficient time and attention.
Both patient and doctor keep their mobiles switched off during consultation to help achieve mutual satisfaction
